Returns

-All items (excluding custom size rings and custom orders) may be returned for a full refund of the item price. The item must be in its original condition with no signs of wear. You must contact me within 14 days of delivery and return the item to the specified address with a tracking number within 21 days. Shipping fees will not be refunded nor reimbursed.

-If your item arrives late and you no longer desire to keep it, you may always return the item in its original condition for a full refund of the item price (no shipping fee refunds). Same rules apply as specified above.

-If your items arrives damaged, you must contact and send photos within 3 days of receiving your package. We’ll chat and see what the best option will be for your situation!
